The redemption procedure for Accutrac Capital's high yield investment is simple. Class "A" Preference Shareholders can have the Company redeem their investment after two years.
The company is obligated to redeem any outstanding Class "A" Preference Shares once a shareholder has held the shares for two yeas and has provided notice to the Company. The Company must redeem the shares by May 31st of each calendar year.
This is completely up to the discretion of each shareholder.
