eStop
Internet-based fuel price and management utility with daily/historical retail and wholesale diesel fuel prices for more than 5,000 truck stops and 325 wholesale supply locations. The enhanced version allows searches - including network affiliation, custom network, truck stop chain/group, interstate, city, state, retail price and zip code - as well as allowing data to be downloaded for use in fuel optimization, spreadsheet and database applications. All customers get the basic version of eStop with their account.
Fuel Tax
In association with Accutrac Capital, T-Chek’s fuel department offers complete and comprehensive fuel tax reporting, permitting, and licensing services to the trucking industry at very affordable prices. T-Chek is one of the few fuel tax services that allows a fleet to take advantage of the savings with paperless fuel tax and will also process units that are paper. T-Chek’s fuel tax division offers the following services for one low price:
Order supplemental and renewal Permits, License and SSRS
Edit and process each trip report
Provides monthly and quarterly vehicle mileage and fuel reports
Complete monthly and quarterly tax reports
Apply for and track all fuel tax refunds

Log Audit Service
Accurate driver logs reflect a safe, well-run business that is attractive to customers and insurance companies. As the business and legal climate continues to put more emphasis on accountability, it becomes crucial that the client is doing everything possible to manage their fleet. In association with Accutrac Capital Solutions, T-Chek offers the following log audit service for one low price:
Internet based log audit reporting
Log images accessible through the Internet

Temporary Permit Service
In association with Accutrac Capital Solutions, T-Chek offers a temporary permits service including over-dimensional, overweight, NYHUT, KYU, fuel and temporary permits. The program is an Internet-based permits order placement system that interfaces with the permit authorities with the various states. This service gives you the benefit of a quick turn around (typically 40-60 minutes) with e-mails that will inform your permit request has been received and completed. It is a “one stop shop” for all temporary permits.
